I’m Kamala! I am here to assist you on your journey through complete wellness! I believe deeply in the natural healing power of the body and will utilize that force in our sessions together. The body, heart, and mind connection is very important in all of our healing. Grounding and nurturing bodywork assists in the fluid communication of all of these components; which will then lead to the healing of traumas. Healing of traumas leads to self acceptance, self love + inner peace!
The mission of my soul in this lifetime consists of studying yoga, meditation & the healing arts. My experiences living in intentional communities, ashrams, meditation centers, organic farms & plant medicine journeys has led me down my own path to finding stillness and peace within.
My massage education was completed at Sedona School of Massage with a concentration in the treatment of trauma and PTSD (scroll down for more details).
I welcome all walks of life with love and compassion-void of judgement. My work can help assist in body-positivity!
